Bob Zarlengo - Chair
Bob is the managing partner of Zarlengo Raub LLP and has been in public accounting since 1972, in financial reporting tax compliance and management arenas with entrepreneurial clients in the construction, manufacturing, distribution, health care, and real estate development industries. Bob’s professional affiliations include American Institute of CPAs, Colorado Society of CPAs, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
Dominic Palazzo - Treasurer
Dominic retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers in June of 2011 and was the partner responsible for the Real Estate practice in the Denver office. He has expertise in due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, initial and secondary public offerings, corporate restructurings, and financings.
In 1994, Rick and his wife Kate founded Employment Solutions, now a major regional staffing firm that places over 5,000 employees per year, with offices in Denver, Fort Collins, Longmont, Colorado Springs, Greeley and Columbus, OH. Rick serves on St Joseph’s Pastoral Council and Finance Council and is also on the board of the local pregnancy resource center in Fort Collins, The Alpha Center.
Keith is the current Chief Financial Officer for the Archdiocese of Denver. He brings two decades of experience in the high-growth, technology industry.
Keith has a diverse background auditing private and publicly held entities in a wide variety of industries. Keith led PwC’s Technology and Emerging Company Services for the Rockies Market. A majority of his clients were private equity or venture capital funded. He has participated in several IPOs, secondary registrations and M&A transactions both as an advisor and in industry as a corporate controller for a global public company.
Mari Ann Martin
Mari Ann Martin is co-owner of Jonah Gas Company with her husband John Martin. She serves as a Director of the Martin Family Foundation and has been especially active in a number of Catholic causes, including Arrupe Jesuit High School, Seeds of Hope, FOCUS, Companions of Christ, and Marisol Health (formerly Lighthouse).
Mari Ann graduated from Montana State University with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering. She worked for Chevron, Mobil, and Apache before she helped found Highlands Gas Company. Highlands sold in 1999 to Union Pacific Resources.
